Afternoon Tea … Sweet potato and carrot fries with tzatziki sauce

Serves 4 (in 1 serving: 200 kcal, 4 g protein, 9 g fat, 22.5 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber)

Ingredients

  • 400 g sweet potatoes
  • 100 g carrots
  • 1 fresh cucumber (approx. 50 g or more – it is very low in calories :))
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 12 tablespoons of light Greek yogurt (approx. 250 g)
  • salt, pepper, rosemary

Preparation

Cut the sweet potatoes and carrots into sticks, mix with olive oil, a crushed clove of garlic, salt and rosemary. Place the sweet potatoes on baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes, then add the carrots to the baking tray and bake for another 20 minutes. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and grate it. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and after 15 minutes squeeze out the excess water (e.g. in a fine sieve). Then mix the cucumbers with yogurt, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
