Dinner … Sweet potato pizza

Our first suggestion – sweet potato pizza. Prepare it and you will see that eating dinner does not have to be boring!

Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 180 g sweet potato
  • 70 g oat flour
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 40 g onion
  • 3 g garlic
  • 100 g tomato passata
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 60 g prosciutto
  • 40 g red pepper
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g red onion
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 g fresh basil

Preparation

Wash the sweet potato thoroughly, wrap it in aluminum foil and bake in the oven set to 180°C (up-down mode) for about 40 minutes, until it becomes soft. When it cools down, peel it and mash it with a fork.

Slowly add the sifted oat flour, mix until a uniform consistency is obtained (if it is too thick, add a little water). The finished dough should not stick to your hands. Lightly grease the pizza tray with olive oil, and then spread the dough on it. Then prick them with a fork in several places.

Put the dough in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the sauce: fry the finely chopped onion in hot olive oil. When it starts to glaze, add garlic, spices and tomato puree. Cook until everything is well combined. Spread the previously prepared sauce on the baked dough, and then place the selected toppings on it. Put the whole thing in the oven for another 15 minutes.

After baking, sprinkle the pizza with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Happy tasting!
