- 280 g potatoes
- 125 g semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- 50 g of 2% milk
- 30 g chives
- 5 g olive oil

Preparation
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Season with salt, pepper and then pour olive oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the potatoes for about 40-50 minutes, until they are soft and golden brown.
In the meantime, mix the cottage cheese with chives, add milk, salt and pepper. Combine the ingredients carefully. Place the potatoes on a plate, put a portion of cottage cheese on them. Enjoy your meal!
