Second breakfast … smoked salmon sandwich

The last suggestion for a diet breakfast is a sandwich with smoked salmon. Salmon is especially rich in: vitamins A, B6, D and E, iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids, essential amino acids and protein.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Multigrain bagel (70 g)
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 40 g sandwich cheese
  • 20 g grated horseradish in a jar
  • 5 g dill
  • 10 g radish sprouts
  • 40 g fresh cucumber

Preparation

Cut the bagels in half and gently toast them in a pan. Mix horseradish with cream cheese and spread on cut bagels. Place the salmon slices on one of the halves, sprinkle with chopped dill, add cucumber slices and sprouts. Cover with the other half of the bagel.
