  • 8 slices of spelt bread
  • 4 tablespoons of natural cheese spreads
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper, herbes de Provence

Preparation

Finely chop the tomatoes, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped onion and basil leaves. Bake the slices of bread in a toaster or in the oven, then spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with tomatoes.
