- 8 slices of spelt bread
- 4 tablespoons of natural cheese spreads
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper, herbes de Provence
Preparation
Finely chop the tomatoes, mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped onion and basil leaves. Bake the slices of bread in a toaster or in the oven, then spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with tomatoes.
