Afternoon Tea … Avocado with feta cheese, tomatoes and pomegranate

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of avocado
  • 80 g Feta cheese
  • 1/2 grenade
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • lime juice
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation

Finely chop the feta cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. Mix together with pomegranate seeds, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the avocado into halves, hollow out the pit, drizzle with lime, and fill the inside with the prepared filling. Garnish with coriander leaves.
