INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 g semi-skimmed cottage cheese
  • egg (110 g)
  • 15 g erythritol
  • 30 g wholemeal spelt flour

Preparation

Start by separating the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Sift the spelt flour and then combine with cottage cheese, egg yolks and erythritol. Add the whipped egg whites to the resulting mass and mix gently with a spoon.
