Chakalaka with bread contains tempeh, which is a fermented Indonesian delicacy that is prepared from soybeans or other legumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Recipe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>40 g onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g green peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g red pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g tomato passata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g tempeh<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g rapeseed oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 g coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 g curry powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 g wholemeal bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>kcal: 511.86, protein: 29.27 g, carbohydrates: 67.34 g, fat: 18.48 g, fiber: 9.46 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the diced onion, garlic and carrots. Then add the pepper cut into thicker cubes, add the curry and tomato passata and stew everything together for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chop the tempeh into cubes and add to the whole, leaving it on the fire for a while. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cooked chakalaca with freshly chopped coriander. Add wholemeal bread to the meal.
