Do you want to know how to prepare it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Recipe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 2-3 tablespoons wholegrain oats<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 0.5 cup water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; favorite fruits, to choose from: banana, apple, forest fruits, strawberries or even oranges or grapes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oatmeal is the perfect breakfast for anyone who is busy and does not have time to prepare something more sophisticated. First, we need to pour the flakes into a pot or saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Leave them to swell for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, we can take a shower, get dressed or put on makeup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the flakes are stretched with water, you can add chopped or divided fruit to them.
