Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the tofu, cut it into cubes and mix it in a bowl with half of the soy sauce and oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil, season and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips, peel the avocado and cut it into cubes. Fry the tofu in a hot pan until golden crust, then set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, the rest of the soy sauce and coconut milk. Put the rice into a deep bowl and place the remaining ingredients around it.
